H&H Development and Shamal Holding are bringing a new residential project to the coastal area of Dubai Harbour, known as Dubai Harbour Residences. The architectural design is being crafted by the esteemed firm Nikken Sekkei.

In the third quarter of 2024, the developer revealed plans for Dubai Harbour Tower C. The project includes three low-rise buildings, featuring apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms, along with just two exclusive penthouses situated in Towers B and C. Residents will be treated to stunning views of the sea and the surrounding scenery.

These properties vary in size from 1,055 to 8,224 square feet, characterized by lofty ceilings and expansive terraces. The interiors will boast a nautical theme, with a color palette of deep blue and white.
